Disclosures & Disclaimers

Effective 17 July 2026

This page collects the risk disclosures and disclaimers referenced throughout our Terms of Service, so they're easy to find in one place.

1. Not a bank, money transmitter or payment processor

XtraPush Pay is a technology and marketplace platform operated by XTRAPUSH GADGETS LTD (Company Number 16938444, registered in England and Wales). Custody of stablecoin funds is provided by our regulated custody partners using institutional MPC security; fiat deposits and payouts are processed over regulated banking rails by our licensed partners. Funds are held separately from XtraPush Pay and moved only on your instruction.

Funds are held by our regulated custody partner, not by XtraPush Pay directly, and are protected with institutional MPC security. XtraPush Pay provides identity verification, reputation signals, escrow coordination and a secure environment for members to exchange safely.

2. Third-party regulated infrastructure

Certain features (digital wallets, escrow, and payment processing for top-ups and cash-outs) are delivered using regulated third-party financial infrastructure providers, not by XtraPush Pay itself. Where funds or digital assets are held during these processes, they are held by those licensed third parties under their own regulatory authorization, not by XtraPush Pay.

Use of these features may also be subject to the separate terms and conditions of those third-party providers.

3. Digital asset risk

Digital assets, including stablecoins such as USDT and USDC, can be volatile, are subject to blockchain network risk, and are not insured or guaranteed by any government body. A stablecoin's peg to a reference currency is not guaranteed by XtraPush Pay.

Transactions confirmed on a blockchain network are generally irreversible. XtraPush Pay cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address.

4. No investment or financial advice

Nothing on XtraPush Pay constitutes investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Exchange rates and trades shown on the platform are set by individual users, not by XtraPush Pay, and should not be relied upon as market rate guidance.

5. Peer-to-peer trading risk

Trades on XtraPush Pay occur directly between users. While we provide verification and, where available, escrow for one leg of a trade, we cannot guarantee that a counterparty will complete their side of any agreement. Users should exercise their own judgment when choosing counterparties and trade terms.

6. Service availability

Blockchain network congestion, banking system delays, or outages at our third-party infrastructure providers may affect transaction speed or platform availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. See Terms of Service, Section 13.

7. Jurisdictional availability

XtraPush Pay's services, and specific payment rails or digital assets, may not be available in every country or region, and availability may change as our regulatory footprint and third-party partnerships evolve.

Your funds are secured by our regulated custody partners, using bank-grade multi-party-computation (MPC) technology and held separately from XtraPush Pay. XtraPush Pay (XTRAPUSH GADGETS LTD, registered in England & Wales) is the verification and marketplace layer; regulated custody and fiat settlement are provided by our licensed partners.
