XtraPush Pay provides technology that enables verified users to securely send, receive and manage digital payments.

Our platform is designed to support peer-to-peer payments using modern financial infrastructure.

The primary fiat currency supported by the platform is United States Dollars (USD).

The primary blockchain settlement asset supported by the platform is USD Coin (USDC); Tether (USDT) is also accepted.

XtraPush Pay does not operate as a bank and does not issue legal tender.

Certain services available through the platform are delivered using regulated third-party financial infrastructure providers.

To use XtraPush Pay you must:

• be at least 18 years old
• provide accurate registration information
• comply with all applicable laws
• complete identity verification where required
• not be subject to sanctions or legal restrictions preventing use of the platform

We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts where necessary for security or regulatory reasons.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.

You agree to keep your login credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account unless you notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

To protect our users and comply with applicable laws, we may require identity verification before certain features become available.

Verification may include:

• Government-issued identification
• Selfie verification
• Proof of address
• Additional information where legally required

Failure to complete verification may restrict or suspend your access to certain services.

XtraPush Pay maintains policies designed to detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing and other unlawful activity.

We reserve the right to:

• delay transactions
• request additional information
• refuse transactions
• suspend accounts
• report suspicious activity where required by law

XtraPush Pay enables users to manage payments using supported fiat currencies and digital assets.

USD is the primary fiat currency used within our payment infrastructure.

USDC serves as the primary blockchain settlement asset for supported digital transactions (USDT is also accepted).

Supported currencies and assets may change over time.

XtraPush Pay integrates regulated third-party financial infrastructure to provide wallet technology, payment processing and related financial services.

Where applicable, customer funds and digital assets may be managed through these integrated services in accordance with their operational and regulatory requirements.

Users acknowledge that certain services may also be subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party providers.

By using XtraPush Pay, you agree that you will:

• provide truthful information
• use the platform only for lawful purposes
• protect your account credentials
• promptly report unauthorized access
• comply with all applicable laws

You may not use XtraPush Pay to:

• commit fraud
• launder money
• finance terrorism
• evade sanctions
• impersonate another person
• violate intellectual property rights
• interfere with platform security
• exploit software vulnerabilities
• distribute malware
• conduct illegal financial activity

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate account suspension.

Applicable fees will always be displayed before a transaction is confirmed.

We reserve the right to update our fee schedule from time to time.

Continued use of the platform following fee updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We employ commercially reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect our platform and user information.

However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices and credentials.

While we strive for continuous availability, XtraPush Pay does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance, software updates, blockchain congestion, banking delays or third-party outages may temporarily affect availability.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• you violate these Terms
• fraud is suspected
• identity cannot be verified
• required by law
• necessary to protect the platform or other users

All software, trademarks, branding, logos, designs and content remain the exclusive property of XTRAPUSH GADGETS LTD unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, distribute or modify our intellectual property without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XTRAPUSH GADGETS LTD shall not be liable for losses resulting from:

• blockchain network delays
• third-party service interruptions
• banking delays
• incorrect wallet addresses supplied by users
• user negligence
• force majeure events

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XTRAPUSH GADGETS LTD from claims, losses, damages and expenses arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

We may amend these Terms periodically.

Updated versions will be published on this page together with the revised effective date.

Continued use of XtraPush Pay after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
